Our Store Lead Worker assists the Store Team Leader in the day-to-day operations of the store. This postion is a third key holder with the ability to perform opening and closing duties as needed in the absence of other management. Excellent customer service is needed to handle customer disputes, and assists customers in a friendly and helpful manner at all times.
The day to day duties of this positon include, but are not limited to, itemizing purchases on the cash register, making occasional price adjustments, handling cash/credit card transactions, clearing the registers, and completing cash counts and daily balance sheets.
Requirements: High school diploma and prior retail and management experience is preferred.
Hours: Sunday through Saturday as scheduled. Ability to work a flexible schedule is a must.
Background checks and pre-employment drug screens will be performed.
